When was the business started? The Company was established in 2010.
What made you set up the business? We began our journey with a vision to create opportunities for vulnerable individuals in our local community. We empower people by providing meaningful work experiences, fostering social interaction, and nurturing their confidence. By supporting us, our customers not only pamper themselves but also contribute to our mission of transforming lives. We employ team members with autism or learning difficulties, ensuring equal access to paid work opportunities. We collaborate with nearby organisations that offer assisted living for adults with additional learning needs, providing tailored work experiences. We partner with local high schools’ autism units, providing valuable work experience to students. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every team member feels valued. As a social enterprise, all our earnings are reinvested back into our business and the community. We suppor t local projects that benefit vulnerable individuals, such as donating to the ASD unit at a local high school for a sensory room.
Where can people find you? We have a shop at 12 High Street, Brecon and at 4 Market Square, Llandover y.
Introduce the team: If you visit the Brecon shop, you will be served by Jamie, Craig or Paul, who are always keen to help.
Tell us about the products: We provide a range of toiletries, home fragrances and gifts to our retail customers and to our wholesale customers.You will often find our toiletries in hotels and guest houses such as Bluestone in Pembrokeshire and Hotel Indigo in Cardiff.
Where are they made? Our products are manufactured and bottled at our production unit in Llangadog, Carmarthenshire, by our dedicated team.
Price range of products? Our products range in price from £1.99 for our ever popular shower steamers, to £89.99 for our deluxe sets.
How do your products differ from others on the market? Our tag line says it all really, we provide ‘Luxury toiletries and gifts with a social conscience’, which sets us apart from other retailers.

Tell us how your business is kind to the planet: Our products are free from Palm Oil; SLS; SLES; paraben, they’re cruelty free and vegan friendly. We also use eco-friendly packaging and offer in-shop refills of our hand wash; shower gel; conditioning shampoo; and hand and body lotion.
