Please introduce yourself to us and tell us how Tipsy Tom’s started? I’m Tom, the owner of Tipsy Tom’s. I have always wanted to build a business and I had so many ideas but a mobile bar sounded like a good path to go down. I didn’t know how I was going to do it but I knew I was going to do it somehow! After I bought the horsebox, all my family and friends thought I was stupid, but I can now proudly show them what I have accomplished! My goal with Tipsy Tom’s is to bring a touch of elegance and a unique drinking experience to special events.
Do you offer packages? How does hire of the bar/trailer work? We offer various packages to suit different events. Our trailer can be hired for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more. Our range of packages includes different services, from basic bar service to full cocktail experiences. Clients can choose the package that best fits their needs and budget. We work closely with our clients to ensure the set-up and offerings match the theme and style of their event.
When hired for a special event do you stock your bar to suit the customer’s needs? Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our flexibility. We work closely with our clients to create a bespoke cocktail menu that suits their preferences and the nature of their event. Whether it’s crafting signature cocktails or stocking specific brands of alcohol, we’re dedicated to tailoring the bar to meet the customer’s needs and make their event truly special.
What areas do you cover? Tipsy Tom’s is based in Church Stretton, and we serve Shropshire and its surrounding areas. We’re committed to supporting local events and businesses. However, we are always eager to explore new opportunities.
What do you hope for the future of Tipsy Tom’s? We envision Tipsy Tom’s as a local staple for unique, mobile bar experiences. Our future plans include expanding our reach and offering our services to a wider audience. We’re also looking to collaborate with local breweries and distilleries to promote the use of locally sourced ingredients in our cocktails. Our ultimate goal is to continue delighting our customers with exceptional drinks and memorable experiences.
