10 Years of Riverside Beauty

Riverside Beauty is celebrating 10 years of business!

Congratulations on the 10-year anniversary of your business! That’s quite an achievement. Are you doing anything special to celebrate? Thank you so much! We are delighted to reach this milestone. It’s been a lot of hard work but also great fun throughout. To celebrate, we are having a party at the salon on Wednesday 19th April with fizz, nibbles, music and a raffle. We’re also offering 10% off 10 of our most popular treatments from 1st to 19th April.

How has the business changed over the last 10 years? Things have changed a lot since 2013. When I started the business I was the only working therapist for two years before I employed my first staff member. Now we are a happy team of four. Also in that time we have built two new treatments to keep up with demand, and the salon has had a makeover.

Looking back, would you change anything that you did? With the benefit of hindsight there are always things that could have been done differently, but generally speaking the business has developed as well as could be expected given economic considerations.

What treatments are you offering now? We offer a huge selection of treatments, from waxing, tinting and spray tanning to relaxing massages, manicures, pedicures and lash lifts.We also offer specialist facials like our CACI Non Surgical Facelifts and Medik8 Chemical Peels. What do you hope for Riverside Beauty in the future? I hope the next ten years are as successful as the last and we continue to grow and create a peaceful environment to bring our clients the very best treatments.
