Tell us about yourself and your business... I’m a yoga teacher based in Shropshire. I opened Jenna Blair Yoga in Shrewsbury in 2021. The building is now a thriving yoga centre and wellbeing hub. I then established Jenna Blair Yoga Community in March 2022 – a community group providing accessible yoga and wellbeing sessions for all.We were granted National Lottery funding in August 2023. I have now started to offer GentleYoga classes in Ludlow.

What are the benefits of yoga? Physical benefits include improving muscle strength and bone density as well as mobility, flexibility and balance. Often people experience improved sleep quality and feelings of calm, relaxation and connection.Yoga is a great way to meet other people and take part in an activity that has many health benefits at the same time!

Can anyone of any age/ability join your classes? Yes, my Gentle Yoga classes are suitable for complete beginners (as well as those with yoga experience). Currently participants range in age from 16 to 86. It’s an inclusive environment where all are welcome. It’s impossible to be ‘bad’ at yoga, or to do it ‘wrong’!
